Hi, I am Caitlin, and I am an Administrative Assistant within the Court of Protection team. I support both our clients and colleagues by helping to ensure that matters are managed efficiently, accurately, and with the utmost care. I understand how important it is to provide a reliable and compassionate service, particularly when working with vulnerable individuals and their families.
In my role, I assist with a wide range of administrative processes, including maintaining accurate and confidential records and supporting the team in delivering a high standard of client service. I take pride in being organised, approachable, and attentive to detail, helping to ensure that each matter progresses smoothly.
I completed my A Levels in Business Studies, Media Studies, and Health and Social Care, before choosing to pursue a career in law. I was drawn to this field because it combines problem-solving, attention to detail, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
I am currently studying towards my Level 3 Paralegal qualification with the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. This allows me to build my legal knowledge alongside my practical experience within the Court of Protection sector, further strengthening the support I provide to both the team and our clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy attending music festivals with friends, travelling to new places, and exploring different restaurants.
