Hi, my name is Ann and I have worked in property for over 40 years, supporting clients with residential conveyancing. I first joined JCP Solicitors as a Legal Advisor when they merged with Howe and Spender Solicitors in August 2025.
When I first joined Howe and Spender, I covered a wide range of work but later focused on conveyancing under the supervision of John Spender.
I have learned everything I know through hands on learning and years of practical experience. Over the years, I’ve seen significant changes to the conveyancing process and have adapted to ensure clients receive the best support possible.
I always aim to make the process as straightforward and stress free as I can, while meeting clients’ reasonable expectations. Helping our clients to buy and sell their homes is a very rewarding role.
Outside work, I enjoy reading, walking, travelling and socialising with family and friends.
