If you have always dreamed of a career in law but attending university is not for you, then this is the ideal pathway to allow you to earn whilst you learn on your journey to qualification.

No previous experience is required as full training and mentoring will be provided. The nature of this role would ideally suit a confident individual who enjoys interacting with people. 

Essential skills include:

  • Computer literacy
  • GCSEs above grade C including Maths and English
  • A desire to learn along with commitment and dedication towards personal development

You should also:

  • Be flexible, driven and have a supportive ethos
  • Possess excellent administration and organisation skills
  • Have an eye for accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage and prioritise a busy and varying workload
  • Have interpersonal skills and the ability to establish good working relations with clients and colleagues
  • Demonstrate a good level of professionalism and be able to show commitment to team and business objectives
  • Show commitment to a long-term goal
