Keith Thomas, member of the Headway Specialist Panel and the Children’s Brain Injury Trust, is the joint Head of the Injury Services Practice Group.
Since 1979, he has conducted many of the leading cases in this rapidly developing area of law. With a particular interest in birth injury claims, Keith is a Member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel and is recommended by both the Chambers Directory and the Legal 500 for Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury work. He has been described by Chambers as "a walking encyclopaedia" and for being able to provide some of the most sought after advice in Wales. The Legal 500 describes him as being one of the "leading individuals" in Wales.
Keith is regularly instructed by the Official Solicitor in professional negligence actions arising from the mishandling of maximum severity clinical negligence and personal injury claims.
