Hayley Davies

Hayley Davies is the firm's Chief Executive Officer and has worked with JCP since November 1990.

As a member of the management board of the firm Hayley reports directly to the board. She has prime responsibility for the management of the operations and finance teams ensuring an efficient and cost effective service to the legal divisions within our business.

Hayley obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Nottingham Trent University in November 2004 and is a member of the association of Accounting Technicians, The institute of Legal Cashiers and The Law Management section of the Law Society.

Where did you grow up?
Swansea until the age of 11 and then in the Blue Mountains, Australia

What was your first job?
Receptionist at a Law Practice in Australia

Who would be your ideal dinner guests?
Richard Gere with no wife or girlfriend!

Where is your ultimate holiday destination?
Australia or skiing in Europe for a shorter break

What would you rather be doing now?
Cycling, skiing or training in the gym (out of necessity not desire!)
