New Business Assistant - Swansea

At JCP Solicitors we provide exceptional service to our clients, each other and to the professionals we work with. A role to enhance this has risen within our Business Support team. We pride ourselves on being trusted advisors, a great place to work and one of the best-known law firms in South Wales.

As a new business assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our new clients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming enquiries. You will provide quotations for straight forward transactions such as Conveyancing, take initial information following pro forma questionnaires and book appointments for our legal team members.

You should be enthusiastic, friendly, professional and have a confident telephone manner.

No experience, no problem! Recruitment for this role will be based on attitude. We are looking for individuals with the drive to make a difference. Full training and mentoring support will be provided.

As this is a new team for the business, we envisage that there will be further opportunity for growth and career development.
