Executive Secretary - Multi-team - Swansea

Collaboration, clear career progression pathways and maximising productivity are the focus of our business strategy. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and experienced secretary to work across teams in a brand new multi-team position.

As an Executive Secretary, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to teams across the business, ensuring effective operations. You will be a highly skilled and experienced secretary with proven organisational and time management skills, an eye for detail and a desire to progress.

You do not need to have worked in all areas of law as full training will be provided to enhance and develop your current skills.

The role will involve:

  • Identifying where secretarial support is needed across the business in line with teams needs
  • Sourcing extra secretarial support where appropriate
  • Audio typing using a digital dictation system
  • Producing correspondence and documents using a case management system
  • Dealing with telephone calls and liaising with clients and contacts
  • Working collaboratively with teams of solicitors, legal assistants and secretaries across the business
