Associate Solicitor (0-5 Year PQE) - Lifetime Planning - West Wales

Our Lifetime Planning Team in West Wales is looking for a passionate and driven Associate Solicitor to join us. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of clients on Wills, Trusts, Estates, and Tax Planning while building your expertise in a friendly, professional setting. This role is designed to help you thrive in your career, with dedicated support and clear pathways for progression.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team and will be responsible for running a broad caseload including wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney and trusts.

Duties will also include:

  • Meeting targets whilst maintaining high quality standards
  • Complying with agreed service levels
  • Participating in marketing activities and business development opportunities

The successful candidate should have:

  • Excellent administration and organisation skills
  • The ability to manage and prioritise a busy and varying workload
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish good working relations with both colleagues and clients
