Rhoslyn joined JCP in February 2018, working alongside Directors Richard Beech and Talia Atkins from our Cowbridge office. Prior to this, Rhoslyn obtained a wealth of commercial property experience at another South Wales firm, where she worked for a number of years before completing her training contract and qualifying as a Solicitor in 2016.
Rhoslyn originally studied Law and German at Swansea University obtaining at 2:1. Following a two year period of living and working in Canada, Rhoslyn returned to Wales to study the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University.
Rhoslyn undertakes a variety of commercial property work, advising both corporate and private clients on a range of commercial property matters, including commercial freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals; commercial lease work, including grants of new leases, lease renewals, surrenders and assignments, rent deposit deeds and licences for alterations; and secured lending.
Rhoslyn enjoys both meeting new clients and continuing relationships with existing ones,tailoring her advice to meet their particular needs.
Outside work Rhoslyn enjoys going to the gym, reading, travelling and skiing.
