Natasha Johnston
Natasha is an HR Advisor within JCP's HR Services team. The team provides outsourced HR support and ongoing advice and guidance to the firm's business clients. Natasha also delivers training on HR topics and in recent months has been focussing on furlough leave and business restructuring as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic for local businesses.
Alongside our Corporate team, Natasha has developed a range of fixed price HR documents to help businesses comply with their obligations in accordance with the GDPR.
Natasha’s experience includes providing case management support on complex HR Issues such as attendance, grievance, and disciplinary matters. In addition to this Natasha can provide advice on policy drafting and implementation, employee relations.
Natasha Johnston is an HR Advisor and has worked in the area of Employment and HR since 2010. Natasha is currently undertaking a level 7 CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Natasha undertook training in 2020 to become a Dementia Friend. A Dementia Friend learns more about what it is like to live with dementia and then turns that understanding into action.
Outside of work Natasha enjoys spending time with family and friends, horse riding and showing.
