Myria is an Associate Solicitor in the Rural Practice and Commercial Property Teams advising on non-contentious agricultural law and property. Myria advises on the sale and purchase of farms and agricultural land, finance and refinancing of agricultural properties, registration of unregistered land, easements, farm business tenancies and advising on and preparation of Auction and Tender packs. Myria also has experience in commercial and residential transactions.
Myria has worked in private practice for many years having previously worked for local firms Morris Roberts and Ungoed Thomas & King, gaining experience in all areas of private practice including Wills and Probate and Property.
Whilst working and raising a young family Myria studied during her spare time and qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives going on to study at Swansea University where she completed a Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course qualifying as a Solicitor in 2014.
As a farmer’s wife Myria has an active interest in agriculture and is a graduate of Harper Adams University where she studied Agricultural Law and is also a member of the Agricultural Law Association.
In her spare time Myria enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and helping out on the family farm.
Myria prides herself on her friendly but professional approach with clients and is a fluent Welsh Speaker.
