Lucy is an effective commercial property and rural land specialist. She regularly advises on sale and purchase of farms and agricultural land, complex cases/high value residential transactions and the
finance and re-finance of agricultural and high value residential properties.
Lucy manages a large caseload of agricultural and complex residential transactions from instruction to completion with efficiency and has well established and ever growing client base. As well as the above Lucy also supports the team with sale and purchase of commercial properties, planning agreements and development work.
Lucy enjoys meeting both new and existing clients and tailoring her advice to meet their particular needs. Lucy’s clients benefit from her strong links to land agents and surveyors across the West Wales region.
Prior to her role at JCP, Lucy worked at Eaton-Evans & Morris as Head of Agricultural Law, where she gained experience in all areas of private practice including Wills, probate,employment, commercial and residential property before moving to JCP in 2020 to work exclusively in commercial property and rural land matters.
Lucy writes regularly for the JCP column in the Western Telegraph and actively assists with marketing the team through writing blogs and recording videos.
Living on a Pembrokeshire farm with her family, Lucy has strong links with the local rural community and empathy for the needs and requirements of her clients.
Lucy qualified as a Solicitor in 2011.
