Kirsty is a Property Litigation Solicitor specialising in possessions, boundary disputes, public and private right of ways, trespass and adverse possession.
Kirsty has a growing portfolio of clients ranging from private to commercial landlords, tenants and landowners, and deals with a wide range of issues, where she is able to draw on the expertise available to her within the Agricultural and Property Litigation team. Her key aim is to protect the legal position of her clients in relation to their property rights.
Kirsty qualified as a Legal Executive in 2013 and went on to qualify as a Solicitor in 2015. Kirsty has a Masters in International Commercial and Maritime Law from Swansea University.
Away from work Kirsty loves music and plays keyboard, piano, and organ, having a Diploma in Music Performance and Grade 8 Organ. She also spends a lot of time by the coast, either walking her two German Shepherds or paddleboarding.
The Salvation Army is close to her heart and you will often find her supporting their causes and donating her time.
