Kenza Maaroufi

Kenza is a Business Support Assistant in our Central Services team and is part of our Legal Apprenticeship scheme, offering an alternative route to qualification. Kenza is involved in a variety of tasks, from opening case files and locating original documents to sending out contracts and essential paperwork to clients.

In her role, she enjoys being at the forefront of client relations, managing the initial stages of legal processes, and administration of files from various legal teams. This exposure to multiple areas of law is providing Kenza with a strong foundation as she works towards her ultimate goal of becoming a solicitor. Her role allows her to gain valuable insight into the legal profession, preparing her for future responsibilities in her legal career.

Kenza was drawn to JCP because of the firm’s impressive growth to a widely recognised firm with offices across South West Wales. She is proud to be part of a team that strives for success and excellence in the legal sector.

Kenza holds A-levels in Law, Media Studies, and English Language, which she completed at Gower College’s Gorseinon Campus, finishing her studies in June 2024 before joining JCP in September 2024 to begin her Legal Apprenticeship.

Outside of work, Kenza enjoys reading books across genres such as romance, fantasy, and history. She also participates in non-competitive dance, enjoys spending time at the gym and loves baking sweet treats for her family.
