Jenny’s primary role is to oversee the daily routine of our 200 + employees across all offices in South, East and West Wales. As part of the management team, Jenny ensures that all areas of the business have the correct number of people and receive the best specialist training to provide an efficient and quality service to our client base in line with our business strategy.
From recruitment to training, to managing employee benefits, Jenny thinks it is important to maintain a good relationship with all employees and Directors.
The HR team’s mission is to provide a supportive and effective HR Service to all of our employees. The team believes that each and everyone one of our employees plays a vital role in the success of the business and their aim is to continue to develop the performance and effectiveness of their employees, by their professional and innovative approach to people management. The team’s aim is for employees to feel motivated and valued; they encourage open communication and there is a firm-wide open door policy.
Jenny regularly attends training and workshops on Equality and Diversity, Health and Safety, and keeping abreast of the constantly changing landscape of Human Resources.
The team also consists of a HR Officer and two HR Assistants. The team provides support to the business to attract, recruit, develop and retain high-quality employees.
Jenny first joined the firm in 2010 as Operations Admin Assistant, became HR Assistant in 2011, HR Officer in 2012 and HR Manager in 2015. Jenny is one of three of JCP’s management team who have grown their roles from within.
Out of work Jenny enjoys running, live music, and spending time with her friends and family.
