James Moss

James Moss has over 24 years’ experience as an employment lawyer and is an expert legal advisor for businesses and individuals across England and Wales.

He advises on all aspects of employment law and has considerable experience of a broad range of employment issues including: employment tribunal litigation, corporate reorganisations and outsourcings, drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, advising on employment contracts and restrictive covenants for corporate clients, as well as bringing a wide range of employment tribunal claims on behalf of claimants. James is recognised in the Legal 500 as a Leading Individual in Employment Law.

He has successfully acted for hundreds of employers and employees after studying law at King’s College London, the Sorbonne in Paris, and training at international law firm Eversheds. James has since worked for Capital Law, TLT, and was Partner and Head of Employment at Acuity Legal for several years before founding his own specialist employment law firm.

James is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, The Law Society and Monmouthshire Law Society. He is also an Associate of King’s College London.
