Hannah is an Associate Solicitor practising in JCP’s Cardiff office, with clients ranging from elderly clients and high net worth individuals to those with agricultural or business assets. Hannah assists her clients in every aspect of Lifetime Planning, up to and including administration of estates, grant of probate applications, the creation of trusts and trust administration through to the preparation of wills and lasting powers of attorney.
Hannah is a STEP (Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners) student member, having successfully completed her first 3 modules for the STEP Diploma in Trusts & Estates, Hannah is currently studying for her final module to become a full STEP member. STEP is a leading worldwide professional body for practitioners in trusts and estates whose members are subject to an extensive code of professional conduct and provide expert advice on trust and estate issues.
Hannah originally graduated from Cardiff University in 2009 with a 2.1 honours degree in French and Italian. She then graduated from Swansea University in 2010 with a distinction for the postgraduate Graduate Diploma in Law course before returning to Cardiff University to obtain a distinction in her LPC in 2011.
Hannah completed her training contract with Ashfords LLP’s Taunton and Bristol offices. On qualification, Hannah joined Hugh James Solicitors’ Tax, Trusts and Estates team in Cardiff and gained further experience before joining JCP Solicitors in February 2018.
Hannah qualified as a Solicitor in September 2014 and has worked in the area of Wills, Probate, Tax, and Trusts since this time.
Hannah is a Dementia Friends Champion and a Welsh speaker, happy to liaise with clients in both Welsh and English. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys walking her dog and skiing.
