Emily Diaz
Currently on maternity leave.
Originally from Llanelli, Emily Diaz joined JCP Solicitors after completing her training and laying the foundations of her career in London, and she brings with her considerable expertise in specialist properties and multi-million-pound transactions. She is practised in all aspects of residential property, both freehold and leasehold, new build, lease extensions, transfer of equities and unregistered land.
Emily undertook her law degree at Swansea University. Following her degree, Emily moved to London to complete her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Bloomsbury. Emily then joined a property firm in St John’s Wood, London where she worked as a Paralegal and Trainee Solicitor before qualifying into the Property department as a Solicitor in 2013. During her time in London Emily gained considerable experience in Moore Blatch, a Top 100 firm. Emily worked in the Richmond office dealing with a wide range of property transactions. Emily decided to move back to Wales to be closer to family and joined JCP in October 2016.
Emily joined our Carmarthen office from our Swansea office and enjoys bringing ideas to the table for the West Wales property market and working with the communities in and around West Wales and further afield. She also enjoys the unique quality of life benefits that living in this lovely part of the world brings.
Emily is accredited by the Welsh Government as a Conveyancer for Help to Buy Wales, The Welsh Government’s Help to Buy Scheme
In her spare time, Emily enjoys walking her dog Monty, going to the theatre and music gigs, eating out and spending time with her family.
Emily Diaz qualified as a Solicitor in June 2013 and has worked in the area of Residential Conveyancing since this time. In November 2019, Emily was appointed Head of Residential Property - West Wales.
