Benjamin Griffiths
Benjamin is a Legal Assistant in our Injury Services team. Ben is the first point of contact for all new medical negligence and personal injury enquiries.
Ben has particular interest in medical negligence following the coronavirus pandemic and explains that “these can be undoubtedly difficult times for our clients, however we aim to be as supportive and as caring as possible and will do all we can to make the transition back to normal life as quick and as easy as possible”.
Ben has previously worked in our commercial property team, assisting fee earners with purchases, sales, mortgages, transfers of equity, landlord and tenant leases, farm business tenancies and grants of easements.
Ben holds a 2:1 in Law (LLB) and LPC from Cardiff University. He is currently awaiting results for his master’s degree which reviews the Conservative Governments “Taylor Review” in its application to Employment Law’s eagerly awaited decision in Uber BV v Aslam.
Outside of work, Ben is a fitness coach. He assists a range of clientele from 1-1 personal training to online coaching. His interests are primarily in endurance racing and strength and hypertrophy training. He has raced several Ironman 70.3 distance triathlons and is a keen time trialist.
