Benjamin Davies

Director - Property Litigation

Ben is a Director in our Property Litigation team and has experience in dealing with a wide range of property disputes, specialising in assisting landlords with residential possession proceedings.

With a background in Commercial Litigation at a Top 100 law firm, Ben now prides himself on his portfolio of local and national clients.

Since joining the team at JCP in 2019, Ben has been assisting clients with a diverse range of property-related issues. With the rental sector in Wales undergoing one of the biggest overhauls in housing law in decades, Ben is looking forward to the future of litigation in this area as well as guiding landlords on their new obligations.

Benjamin qualified in February 2018, after studying as an undergrad and undertaking his Legal Practice Course at Swansea University, and he is a member of the Property Litigation Association. Ben achieved multiple commendation awards for his study during this time. Ben became a Director in April 2024.
