Amy started JCP as an apprentice in November 2017, was awarded her Level 2 & Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration and is now settled into her current Business Support Assistant role in our Cowbridge office.
Amy manages the Cowbridge reception, assisting colleagues to complete their day to day tasks and her friendly personality helps to welcome clients with a smile every day. Alongside this, Amy carries out database work and other general admin duties with a keenness to develop her skills further.
Amy undertook training in 2019 to become a Dementia Friend. A Dementia Friend learns more about what it is like to live with dementia and then turns that understanding into action.
Out of work Amy enjoys travelling, dining out with friends and spending quality time with her family.
