Allison has considerable knowledge and experience in the fields of Wills, Probate and Trusts making her one of the most sought-after practitioners in the area. She is one of a few full members of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) which recognises those who are the most experienced and senior practitioners in the field and are recognised as experts to whom others turn for good quality advice.
Allison is also a member of the Mencap Panel. This panel of Solicitors are specialists in Will making for parents and other family members providing for beneficiaries with learning disabilities. Allison has a particular interest and specialism in helping parents and other family members provide for beneficiaries who do not have the capacity to manage their own affairs and is recognised as a specialist in this area.
Allison Kent qualified as a Solicitor in 1998 and has worked in the area of Wills and Probate since this time. Allison joined the firm in 1996 as a Trainee Solicitor. She qualified in 1998 and has stayed with the firm since then, becoming a Partner in 2006 and then a Consultant in 2010.
Allison enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
