Lunch and Learn: HR Services Workshop - Employment Law Tribunal Process - Carmarthen

This workshop, hosted by Shan Evans - Employment Law Associate Solicitor, is aimed specifically at employers and will provide an overview of what is involved in the Tribunal process from the employer’s perspective from the point of proceedings being issued to the final hearing.

With ever increasing news coverage and access to information on social media and the internet, employees have a greater awareness of their rights in the workplace.

Added to this, access to the Tribunal is more readily available with the abolishment of Tribunal fees in July 2017. The Tribunal has since reported an increased volume of claims and this trend is set to continue.

Inevitably, there will be those claims which are not capable of settlement for a variety of reasons and will undoubtedly lead to a final hearing.

This workshop is aimed specifically at employers and will provide an overview of what is involved in the Tribunal process from the employer’s perspective from the point of proceedings being issued to the final hearing.  

These events allow for networking with others in similar roles, informal discussion with an expert in the field and the sharing of best practice with like minded individuals.

This workshop will take place between 12:30pm - 2:00pm, is free of charge and will include a sandwich lunch.
