POSTPONED - Lunch and Learn Workshop: Residential Property Possession - Carmarthen

COVID-19 UPDATE: We are taking steps to assist with the delay of the disease and therefore we have cancelled all external training and business events for the next 6 weeks. We would like to reassure our business and private clients that it is business as usual and currently all our offices remain open during normal working hours.  You can read more about the steps we have taken here.

Join us for a free workshop run by Jonathan Flynn from our Property Litigation team on the topic of serving notices and obtaining possession of residential properties in Wales.

This workshop will provide an overview of:

  • What notices are available to landlords;
  • What practical considerations should be considered before serving notice/s;
  • The court proceedings available to landlords and the process; and
  • What happens following court proceedings and a brief outline of enforcement options.

This workshop is suitable for those that own or manage residential property/properties let on assured shorthold tenancy agreements in Wales. This event will allow for networking with others in similar roles, a workshop and then time for some questions and answers.

This workshop includes a sandwich lunch and takes place between 12:30pm - 2:00pm at S4C Yr Egin, Carmarthen on Wednesday 25th March.

To book your place at this event please email Natalie Slee at events@jcpsolicitors.co.uk or telephone 01792 525578.

Please note places are limited to two per organisation. Please contact us if you would like to discuss training for a group of 3 or more.
