Stress is one of the biggest causes of absence from work within the UK. Natasha Johnston, HR Advisor, highlights the topic of stress at work and the complicated issues involved for both the employee and employer alike when managed incorrectly.

The workshop will provide an overview of:
- The negative impact stress at work can create including legal issues
- Common mistakes and how to avoid them
- Possible causes of stress in the workplace
- How to spot stressed employees
- Support mechanisms and best practice
