Pembrokeshire Four Seasons Business Lunch - Slebech Park Estate

Join us at Slebech Park Estate on Friday 29 September 2017 12pm for a 1pm lunch where Simon Wright of Wright’s Food Emporium will speak after lunch.

Simon Wright stumbled into a career in food 20 odd years ago after a short and unimpressive stint as a town planner. He has been a partner in several award winning Welsh restaurants Including Y Polyn. His career in food has also included being the editor of the AA Restaurant guide, publishing a couple of books and making television series for BBC Wales and Channel 4. He was also Restaurant Consultant on all the UK produced episodes of Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares and he can still often be heard on BBC Radio Wales. He can now be sometimes found at Wright’s Food Emporium in Llanarthne where he does his best to help out.
