Workshop - Bad Debts - Prevention and Cure - Cardiff
A brief overview of how best to avoid bad debts and how to attempt to recover money from non-paying customers.
This workshop will provide an overview of:
- Credit control ‘best practice’ measures
- The requirements of the new Debt Recovery Pre-Action Protocol
- The progress of a typical money claim
- CCJ enforcement options
This workshop is suitable for: finance managers tasked with credit control or cash flow preservation and anyone who allows customers to trade with them on credit terms.
These events allow for networking with others in similar roles, informal discussion with an expert in the field and the sharing of best practice with like minded individuals.
Workshops take place between 12:30pm - 2:00pm, are free of charge and include a sandwich lunch.
