On the 24th March 2020, we implemented our complete home working strategy.
Working from home has been a success. This is due to the focus of our people and the support of our tested IT systems.
To continue to assist with the delay of the virus and to protect the wellbeing of our clients and staff, working from home remains in place for the majority of our employees.
However, we have opened our offices in Swansea, Carmarthen and Cowbridge where we have small teams who are able to offer a limited number of essential client meetings*. All meetings will be held under tight covid – secure procedures in a contact free environment.
* Please note that during the Wales firebreak period these offices will have essential staff in attendance only and face to face meetings will be unavailable at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Our Risk Assessment can be found here.
Ensuring that our new face to face meetings and office working procedures will protect the wellbeing of our clients and the JCP family remains our priority.
Please be assured that our home working teams can continue to meet your legal needs. Emails and incoming phone calls reach us as normal and the majority of our meetings will continue to be conducted via video or telephone appointments in place of face-to-face.
If you have any concerns please feel free to contact us on our Live Chat, or by calling one of our office numbers below:-
