Associate Solicitor - Medical Negligence - Location Flexible

We are seeking to recruit a Newly Qualified Associate Solicitor to join our leading Medical Negligence team no later than September 2022.

The role will involve effectively managing a caseload of claimant medical negligence cases and ensuring that matters are dealt with maintaining high standards of quality and service; such a caseload may consist of multi-track and High Court pre and post litigated matters as well as NHS Redress cases. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team and will play a part in continuing team development.

The nature of this role is likely to appeal to a candidate with experience of medical negligence or personal injury work. 

The successful candidate should have:

  • Enthusiasm and commitment towards development opportunities
  • A positive can-do attitude and a keenness to be part of local community groups and participate in networking opportunities
  • Excellent file management skills
  • The ability to work on their own initiative
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines

Whilst it is important for a candidate to be in position by September 2022, we would be open to hearing from applicants who would consider an earlier start date. However, availability will not affect our decision on appointment.
