Associate Solicitor - Clinical Negligence - office negotiable

We are seeking to recruit an Associate Solicitor of between 0 – 4 years post qualification experience to join our Clinical Negligence team within our busy Injury Services Practice Group.

The role will involve effectively managing a caseload of claimant clinical negligence cases and ensuring that matters are dealt with maintaining high standards of quality and service; such a caseload may consist of multi-track and High Court pre and post litigated matters as well as NHS Redress cases. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team and will play a part in continuing practice development. The main office location for this role is negotiable.

The nature of this role is likely to appeal to a solicitor with experience of clinical negligence or personal injury work. 

The successful candidate should have:

  • Enthusiasm and commitment towards development opportunities
  • Excellent file management skills
  • The ability to work on their own initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines
