Apprenticeship - Level 2 in Business and Administration - Swansea

In conjunction with ACO Training Limited, we have an opportunity for an Apprentice to work in our Accounts Team as Purchase Ledger Clerk / Administrator, whilst gaining a Level 2 in Business and Administration.

The main duties will include processing supplier invoices through the purchase ledger system and checking transactions on our online banking platform. Additional duties will include data entry and maintaining the filing system.

The Apprenticeship Agreement will be fixed term for the length of your Apprenticeship in Business and Administration.

The successful candidate should be qualified to GCSE or A level standard and be computer literate. No previous experience is required as full training will be given but the nature of this role would ideally suit a confident individual who enjoys interacting with people. 

The successful candidate should have:

  • Excellent administration, organisation and communication skills
  • The ability to work on their own initiative
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
