The Swansea Economic Regeneration Partnership (SERP)  is a board that was set up to come up with a strategy for redeveloping the city by 2020.  Steve Penny, Managing Partner is Chairman, with the board meeting monthly ensuring that the strategy that was put into place is on track for the target year of 2020. Steve is also a Board Member of the Welsh Assembly Government's Swansea Regeneration Area Initiative
