Samantha Kiley

Samantha joined the Wills and Probate team at John Collins and Partners in 2007 after completing her LPC at the University of Glamorgan, having previously achieved her Law Degree.

Prior to joining the firm Samantha had worked at Hugh James Solicitors in Cardiff where she gained experience working in their business litigation department where she dealt with litigated insurance claims. She also spent 11 months working in the asset management team where she advised on and drafted Nil-Rate Band Discretionary Trust Wills for corporate clients.

Samantha drafts all types of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She has also assisted with administration of estates and Court of Protection work.
