Luke returned to JCP in September 2008 as a trainee solicitor, and consequently became an Associate within the Commercial Services Division in 2010.
As part of the Commercial Services Division, Luke deals with a wide range of matters ranging from Employment Law and Company Affairs to Property transactions.
Luke is heavily involved with the JCP Employment Protection Scheme, which provides employers with a full audit of all HR documents and contracts and an unlimited 24 hour Employment Law and HR advice line. As a result, Luke deals with a wide ranging client base, with which he strives to understand each business on their own individual merits, and assess their specific needs and requirements.
Luke is an active member within the firm and plays an integral part within the firm's charity fund-raising events, social functions and is a Staff Representative.
