Kevin O'Brien

Kevin O’Brien is a Partner and head of the Dispute Resolution team at JCP. He is recognised by industry bible the Legal 500 as one of the leading commercial dispute solicitors in Wales.

Kevin specialises in complicated litigation in the areas of professional negligence and mortgage fraud claims. His expertise and high standards of client service has attracted a number of large banking clients across the country. Kevin has built a team within JCP who now undertake a variety of work for a range of national and regional mortgage lenders who appreciate the level of responsiveness and personal attention they receive.

Kevin is the Chairman and co-founder of Commercial Mediation West Wales, the only Civil Mediation Council accredited mediation provider in Wales. He is also a member of the South West region committee of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.
