Claire has been with John Collins & Partners since March 1995. She began work as a Secretary in the Litigation Department, specialising in Mortgage Repossession. Claire later provided full secretarial support to both the Managing Partner and the Director of Operations & Finance.
Claire has progressed through the company and now operates her own caseload as a Litigation Assistant working closely with Kevin O'Brien, a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Claire's responsibilities include all aspects of volume mortgage possession, shortfall and debt recovery for clients who include small businesses through to national institutional lenders in both bringing and defending claims.
Claire is also a member of the firm's New Business Group which is pro-active in identifying and developing new client business and initiatives for new and existing clients and the firm.
