Prior to joining JCP, Clare started her HR career in retail.
Clare has been with JCP in the position of HR and Office Manager for three years. Clare is responsible for the smooth running of the office and HR functions. She has extensive operational experience as a HR Manager supporting employees and managers in all aspects of HR.
Clare plays a key role in the JCP Employment Protection Scheme, using her HR knowledge to support JCP clients with day to day HR issues. As an active HR manager already managing an office of approximately 100 employees, Clare's expertise and experience is welcomed by the diverse range of clients she now works closely with.
Clare is currently working towards her CIPD qualification, qualifying in November 2010.
