Commercial Property Workshop - Carmarthen

Sarah Davies, Director and Head of Property Litigation will be holding a workshop dealing commercial property litigation matters.

The workshop will include an update and discussions in connection with the following areas:

• Break Notices
• Breach of Lease and Forfeiture Applications
• Rent including non payment of rent and rent review
• Trespass and obtaining possession

The workshop will be tailored to professionals working in the commercial property sector and those who own or occupy commercial property.

The events will take place between 12:30pm and 2:00pm, are free of charge and include a basic sandwich lunch.
