Partner and Head of Lender Services, Kevin O’Brien, is a member of the South West region committee of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.  The Association was set up by a group of solicitors from differing parts of the country who felt that the general public had no obvious focal point to obtain help if they were in dispute with a professional and were looking for a specialist to enable them resolve the problem.
