Rosa Fernandez is Head of the Employment Team within the Commercial Department.

With over seven years' specialist experience Rosa undertakes a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious work in all aspects of employment law, for both Claimants and Respondents. Rosa is an experienced advocate and regularly appears in Employment Tribunals throughout the country.  Whether a business is in need of commercially sound assistance or an aggrieved employee in need of practical advice, Rosa will examine all the options, including where possible, negotiation and conciliation.

In her spare time Rosa enjoys foreign travel, listening to music and socialising with friends and family.  Rosa is fluent in Welsh, French and Spanish.
