Neil Jacobi joined us in June 2004 as an Associate Solicitor. Neil qualified in 1999 and specialises in Contentious Probate and Property Litigation. As part of his property litigation role, Neil deals with a variety of claims concerning agricultural disputes, public and private rights of way, common land and village greens and adverse possession.

Neil is a recognised Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialist having recently been admitted as a Member to the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS). He deals with a variety of disputes in this area of work, including disputes over the contents of wills, undue influence, the mental capacity of the testator, financial provision for dependents and related professional negligence.

Neil has successfully handled a large number of high value and complex property litigation and contentious probate claims, representing individuals, companies and other organisations from across England and Wales at public inquiries and High Court proceedings.

Neil is a member of the NFU and of the Country Land and Business Association.  Out of the office, Neil spends his time running a farm.
