As founding Partner of the firm, John has twenty five years experience of providing volume legal services to banks, building societies and other bulk referrers.

John’s particular areas of speciality are:

• Enforcement of Judgments
• Volume Property Sales, Purchases and Transfers
• Volume Remortgages for Lenders
• Deeds Administration for Lenders

John’s experience in the provision of volume services enables him to advise clients of the most efficient legal solution to issues arising in the financial services sector.

John is currently the Chair of Swansea Business Forum and the President of Swansea Business Club.  He is a Member of the Institute of Welsh Affairs and the Property Section of the Law Society.
