Property Partner

Chris Davies is Head of the Commercial Property Team and has considerable experience in acting for both Private and Public Sector Property Clients. Chris continues to act for private property developers (commercial and residential) and regularly advises Financial Institutions on property finance. Chris attends the annual property (MIPIM) conference in Cannes and is an associated member of the Law Society.

Chris currently acts for a large Public Sector organisation and assists them with their diverse property needs.  Chris is a well known figure on the Wales Property circuit and currently lectures to such organisations such as RICS.

Chris is a Director of a local Community Regeneration Company and a keen Neath Ospreys supporter.  He likes to keep fit, plays golf and ski's whenever he can.
