Insolvency

We act for a wide range of insolvency practitioners, both in Wales and England, for whom we conduct claims arising out of bankruptcies, liquidations, administrations and other insolvency processes.

We also advise businesses on the options available to them when they are faced with insolvent customers, or if they are themselves threatened with insolvency.

We also advise and defend company directors and other individuals who are facing claims from insolvency office-holders.
