Single Farm Payments

The Agriculture and Rural Team at JCP Solicitors have extensive experience in dealing with all matters relating to the Single Payment Scheme.

Not only do we provide advice in relation to implementation and enforcement of the scheme, and its implications for a farming business, we can also deal with any disputes that arise between farmers and between the farmer and the regulatory bodies administering the scheme.

The SPS since its introduction in 2005 has been amended and is likely to be amended further post 2014. At JCP we keep abreast of these changes which means we are able to provide up to date and current advice at all times. We represent farmers on a regular basis at Stage 2 Appeals and also have made a number of successful applications for judicial review in relation to eligibility and administrative issues with the SPS.
