Professional Profile
Steve became Managing Partner in 2008 and is responsible for leading the business and focussing particularly on relations with the firm’s clients, strategic partners and the outside world in general. Described by clients in Legal 500 as "efficient, prompt and very responsive" Steve has been advising private business and public sector clients for over 25 years.
A specialist in Corporate and Commercial issues Steve has advised companies and other organisations on corporate finance, company and business disposals, acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures and commercial agreements, and has experience of sporting / leisure developments as well as acting in relation to a number of inward investments in the area.
In addition to his role at JCP, Steve is currently Chair of Swansea’s Economic Regeneration Partnership (Swansea 2020) and a Board Member of the Swansea Regeneration Area Initiative.
Steve is also a Council Member of South Wales Chamber of Commerce, a Director of Premier League Football Club Swansea City AFC and a Director of the Liberty Stadium Management Company.
In November 2011 Steve was appointed by Welsh Assembly Minister Edwina Hart to the Advisory Group examining the potential for greater economic development in Wales through a City Region approach.

Window Cleaner in my Uncle's business (Spiderman) followed by Brickies mate (Gladiator) and Van driver (Mad Max)

Where is your ultimate holiday destination?
The next one! (Maybe the West Coast of America one day)
What would you rather be doing now?
Fishing or anything with my wife and children but preferably involving a party!
