Robert joined JCP Solicitors in September 2010, having previously worked for a well-known firm in Bristol. Robert is a member of the Commercial Dispute Resolution team.
Robert advises national companies, SMEs and private individuals on a wide range of contentious commercial matters, with particular emphasis on:-
- Corporate and commercial disputes;
- Contractual disputes;
- Construction and engineering disputes (including professional negligence) and associated regulatory matters.
In addition, Robert is a prominent member of the Sports Law team, which includes advising sportspersons, clubs and other organisationson a wide range of sports law issues, including disputes, disciplinary and other regulatory matters.
