Employment Law expert, Paul Shuttleworth, is a Partner and Head of Employment in the Commercial services team. Paul qualified as a Solicitor in September 1999.
He has extensive experience in all areas of contentious and advisory employment law, having acted for major PLC clients, national and international business concerns.
Pauls experience includes; Advising national clients on complex TUPE issues, including second generation contracting out and insourcing; Dismissing senior executives and advising on complex disability claims, including sexual orientation, religion and beliefs.
