Nick is an Associate Solicitor in Commercial Services practice area in JCP.
Nick undertakes a wide variety of commercial work, including company and asset sales, commercial contracts, shareholder and partnership agreements, and intellectual property licences and sales. Examples of recent work include advising a company in relation to a significant third party equity investment, and the sale of a company to a company based in India.
Nick is also a member of our specialist team providing legal services to dentists and regularly advises dentists on practice sales and purchases, incorporations, and partnership, shareholder and expense sharing arrangements.
In addition to commercial work Nick regularly advises charitable organisations and assists organisations in their application for charitable status with the Charity Commission.
Nick regularly holds seminars and presentations on all aspects of company and commercial law and is a fluent Welsh speaker.
