Gareth Llewellyn Williams joined JCP Solicitors in 1995, became a partner in 2000, and then a Consultant in 2011 . Gareth has almost 20 years' experience in the fields of insolvency and secured lending recovery. Gareth has acted for the commercial recoveries arm of Lloyds TSB Bank plc since joining JCP, having acted for both Lloyds Bank plc and TSB Bank plc before their merger.

Gareth is a committee member of Insolvency Network UK, an affiliation of specialist insolvency lawyers. He acts both for and against insolvency office holders with regard to wrongful trading and misfeasance claims, undervalue and preference claims, disputes over securities, retention of title disputes and disputes arising out of the realisation of assets. He also regularly advises individuals regarding directors' disqualification and bankruptcy restriction orders.
